Our new Yuzu Vinegar

We have now created a yuzu vinegar preparation with white Merlot from Terreni alla Maggia in Ticino and the yuzu fruit, which originally comes from Asia. The combination results in a delicious and fruity vinegar.

The taste is reminiscent of citrus fruits and tangerines. The vinegar is suitable for spring salads, Asian rice dishes, for seasoning fish or with a little Prosecco as an aperitif or to refine the gin and tonic.
